CFG CHILD/ADOLESCENT AND ADULT OUTPATIENT THERAPIST OPPORTUNITIES
Licensed therapists are needed for our outpatient offices, which are located in Marlton, Mount Holly, Somerset and Woodbury, New Jersey. Full Time and Part Time opportunities exist for LCSWs, LPCs and Licensed Psychologists to provide clinical services to individuals, families and couples. Clinical caseloads at our outpatient offices offer a wide variety of presenting problems and patient backgrounds. As a part of our clinical team you will have the support of experienced Psychiatrists, Advance Practice Nurses, Psychologists, Social Workers and Licensed Professional Counselors. Strong administrative support is also provided to minimize paperwork and allow you to focus on the clinical care of your patients.

CFG THERAPIST OPPORTUNITIES (MS & BS):
Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Status: Part Time to Full Time
Hours: Varied
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Perform FBA and other assessments/consultations with consumers from the Division of Developmental Disabilities;
- Services are provided under a consultative model, working with consumers, family members, direct care staff, support staff and case managers.
Qualifications: Minimum 1 year experience. BCBA certification preferred. MS Degree in Social Work or other area of Human/Social Services. New Jersey license (Psychologist, LSW or LCSW).

Title: LSW or LCSW
Status: Full-Time
Hours: 9:00- 5:30, Monday- Friday and 1 weekend day a month
Location: Haven Home, Trenton, NJ
Environment: Intense Residential Treatment Program for adolescent females, ages 11-15, who suffer from severe behavioral health issues.
Responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:
- Provide direct care and management of patient population in the form of intake, individual, and family therapy and development of patients' individualized treatment plan
- Case Management
- Complete comprehensive intake assessment and other assessment tools
- Accurately record patient progress in the clinical record
- Participate in monthly clinical inservices, program staff meetings as required by the Program Director
- Act as a liaison between child/ family and external organizations, providing professional representation of program to both internal and external organizations
- Serve as an advocate for those clients or groups of clients whose needs are not being met by available programs or by a specific agency
- Maintain familiarity with professional and self help systems in the community and assist the client in using those services when necessary
Qualifications:
MS Degree is Psychology, Social Work, or related field. Minimum (3) years experience working with mental health/ case management/ youth services or other transferable experience. Maintain current NJ/National licensure (LSW or LCSW)
